Used Equipment Return Policy

Photoquip’s sales team strives for complete satisfaction with your purchase. If, for whatever reason, you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us within 7 days of purchase in the same condition and in the same packaging with all accessories included , Photoquip reserves the right to refuse the return or to charge accordingly for damage or missing equipment .

You have the option of exchanging the item(s) or receiving a refund for the full amount of the original purchase price within the allowed return period. Refunds on returned items will be issued in the same payment form as tendered at the time of purchase. If payment was made by credit card, once we receive the product we will credit your credit card account. Please allow 7-10 days for a credit to appear on your credit card statement.

How to Return or Exchange a Used Item:

  1. Call our Sales Team on 043-726 2200 or sales@photoquip.co.za
  2. Place the original package into a shipping carton. Include the invoice and the reason for the return. If defective, please specify the defect.
  3. Ship via insured Speedservices or Courier with a tracking number. (Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer and Photoquip is not responsible for lost or damaged packages.)
